Brightness and sharpness : This picture represents brightness and sharpness because the lighting in the picture is good and the focus of the picture is good. Emphasize foreground : This represents emphasize foreground because the horizon is in the upper half of the frame. Avoid "bull's eye" : This is avoiding bull's eye because it's eye level composition and the main objects are not placed in the middle of the frame. Leading Lines : This represents convergence=depth vertical=strength and dignity. Because the bridge has lots of details that have lots of depth and vertical lines.

I really like the picture of the circle because of how defined the circle is, try cropping the pictures to make it look better

I really love your last blurred motion with the circle. The others are cool too but there is too much light.
